When you send an on-chain Bitcoin transaction to your Wallet of Satoshi, your funds will show as pending almost instantly.
The BTC will be spendable after the transaction has been confirmed and added to a new block.
If your transaction has been confirmed on chain but is still showing as pending in your wallet, please open a ticket with our support team and be sure to include the BTC address and TXID from the transaction.
