When you send an on-chain Bitcoin transaction to your Wallet of Satoshi, your funds will show as pending almost instantly.
For custodial wallets, the BTC will be spendable after 1 confirmation.
For self-custody wallets, the BTC will spendable after 3 confirmations.
If your transaction has been confirmed on chain but is still showing as pending in your wallet, please open a ticket with our support team and be sure to include the BTC address and TXID from the transaction.
