Lightning invoice not working

In order to simplify the UX, your WoS wallet shows your reusable LNURL address by default.

However some services might require a regular Lightning invoice (an invoice that begins with 'lnbc' and may also have a specified amount).

To generate a regular Lightning invoice - while on the Lightning receive screen tap on the "Amount/Note" button.

This will generate a 'zero-amount' invoice - where the sender can specify the amount.

You can also specify your own amount by tapping on the amount to bring up the keyboard.

You can also swap the denomination between sats and fiat by tapping on the arrows.
