I am a first time user, somebody help me understand how to create a static LNURL or invoice in the wallet app. Thank you so much.

When you press the receive button, the first invoice you see will be your static LNURL. Just tap on the QR code to copy it as text (the invoice should start with the letters 'lnurl'). If you add an amount with the add amount/note button, then the QR will change to a single use QR code (invoice will start with 'lnbc').
