Hello everyone, I am working on an idea to install wallet of satoshi on some posnet to accept bitcoin payments in my city, and I would like to know if there is any way that when a payment is made with bitcoin or satoshis through the app it is possible that the postnet issues a transaction ticket.

The POS app does give the option to send the receipt to the printer if one is there (it pops up after successful payment). On POS devices with an integrated printer it should print directly to that. But if not, any network printer can be used.
