My balance is gone when I re-installed / got a new phone

If you were signed in with an email address

To recover your account balance and history you'll need to sign back into your wallet using the same email address.

There may be a 24-hour security hold until your balance and history are restored.

If you were NOT signed in with an email address

If you were not signed into your wallet with an email address we may still be able to help you recover your account.

Please create a new support ticket and provide the following information:

  • Any Lightning invoices that were paid to or from your wallet
  • Any on-chain BTC receive address from your wallet
  • The current BTC balance
  • The date you created the wallet
  • Any screenshots from your wallet


Finally, please provide the email address would you like to link your wallet to.
