Your Lightning transaction can return a queued status for a number of reasons. But generally, if it wasn't successfully sent straight away, something may have gone wrong.
If this is the case please get in touch with our support team and be sure to include the Lightning invoice of the payment that is showing the queued status, and also the email address associated with your wallet so we can fix the issue as soon as possible for you.
